Elena oversees all areas of finance and administration of the company. Having worked on a number of international oil and gas projects in Central Asia and the Caspian, she is now furthering her career in Scotland after arriving in 2006. She has extensive expertise of SAP and cloud accounting gained in her current and previous roles with a number of blue chip and international companies.
Elena has a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Robert Gordon University and Bachelor’s degree in International Accounting and Audit.

Liam started Targe Environmental after a Management Buyout of the Environmental Services division of FOCUS Optimisation Services in 2017. He has been working in the commercial side of oil and gas service companies from 2013 and has been involved in numerous acquisition and divestments throughout his time. He was also responsible heading the international teams of both FOCUS and QTEC that delivered high value contracts in the USA, UK, Latin America, Africa and Australia during his tenure.
Liam has senior management experience in oil and gas service, leisure and vehicle management industries. He has a BSc in Business Studies as well as MSC in Financial Management from Robert Gordon University.

Ciara is a highly effective and experienced environmental specialist with a track record developed in waste management and oil & gas industries, as well as in local government.
For the past 8 years Ciara has been working as an Environmental Consultant on the Brent Decommissioning project where she has honed her skills and knowledge of regulatory process, waste management issues around the decommissioning process, permitting and assurance. Ciara has extensive knowledge of offshore environmental legislation and is passionate about waste management and compliance. She has a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and is a qualified IS0 14001 Lead Auditor.

Colin is a highly experienced and approachable environmental specialist with a track record developed in academia, government projects and the oil and gas industry.
He has experience of legal compliance, waste management, ISO 14001, permitting and decommissioning in industries including the onshore and offshore oil & gas sector, as well as in undertaking offshore environmental legal compliance audits. Over the years Colin has developed extensive knowledge of onshore and offshore environmental legislation as well as the ability to advise on seabed surveys and contamination mapping. He has a PhD in Environmental Science and is a qualified IS0 14001 Lead Auditor.
